Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning the item.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after receiving it in accordance with this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
